Mellissa's online coaching has been life changing. I have always struggled with my weight, I have tried countless fad diets over the years and I always end up putting all the weight back on. Melissa has completely changed my mindset of weight loss and my relationship with food and exercise. I signed up to Mellissa to help me loose weight and feel in a better place to run my half marathon in 2021. I was only going to do 3 months initially but, in the end, did 6 months and she changed my life. I learnt about my food intake, that consistency is key to it all and if you don't put the graft in it doesn't pay off, but I did graft and it paid off. I thought about what I was eating and seeing the results helped me get through it. I did also enjoy life and go to parties and have the odd mad weekend, but as I knew it was coming, I would plan to help me have this time too as that was as important to me to have the right balance. I cant wait to do another 3 months with her and see where I get this time. I am now training for a marathon and would never had contemplated doing it had i not worked with Mellissa for 6 months to get me back into shape again.
